July 25th was the official launch of Taste & Tapas, an incredible evening of tapas and wine pairings hosted by us at the stylish Solo Sandton Restaurant. A group of 36 foodies and wine lovered gathered to indulge in a culinary adventure.
Solo’s stunning atmosphere provided the perfect backdrop for the evening. As guests arrived, they were greeted by their impressive wine wall, showcasing a carefully curated selection of South African wines.
We paired six delicious tapas courses with unique South African winter warmer wines that were perfect for the season. From the refreshing Sea Bass Ceviche to the decadent Chocolate Dome, each dish was a harmonious blend of flavors.
The evening showcased both Solo’s culinary expertise and our passion for incredible pairings, South African wines, and creating beautiful experiences in Johannesburg. It was a night filled with delicious food, great wine, and unforgettable experiences.
