
A Sunday Brunch Affair with Aperol Spritz
One thing about us, we will join the joy! The Sunday Brunch with Aperol Spritz literally warmed us up from the inside out. Despite the chill of the weather, the atmosphere brimming with warmth, camaraderie, and the most tantalising aroma of Italian food and wine.
Imagine a day filled with the delightful clink of glasses, laughter echoing off the walls, and the joyful discovery of learning something new, all while being surrounded by some of the most amazing food and wine you can imagine.
Our chosen venue for this fantastic event was none other than the ACID Food & Wine Bar, a gem in the city’s food scene, helmed by the unstoppable two-woman duo, Chef Jes and Sommelier Jemma. They transformed this place into a funky and accessible spot that exposes food lovers and wine enthusiasts alike to a range of delectable meals and exquisite wines.
The event, marking the first of many to come, had a special touch, something more than just a brunch. Guests were able to make their own Perfect Serve of Aperol Spritz. The mixture of excitement and curiosity in the room was palpable as they learned the art behind the perfect balance of flavours and presentation.
The day was also accompanied by amazing tunes from cool and fresh DJs infiltrating the music scene in JHB.
But ultimately, the star of our brunch was, of course, Aperol Spritz. The event was certainly a memorable way to introduce and enjoy this lovely Italian cocktail, and we can’t wait to do it all over again!
